By definition Detox is the process of abstaining your body from unhealthy substances. Ultimately it’s all about nourishing, resting and cleansing the body from the inside out. By removing said toxins you can protect yourself from disease all the while feeding your body with healthy nutrients. So we’ve made it here not only to stay on brand, but the season of sickness is upon us and there’s no better way to maintain the high of summer buy remaining healthy through out the fall and winter. I mean the worst thing than being stuck in the house is being stuck in the house half dead reminiscing on the old days when you could breathe through two nostrils. So in today’s blog we’ll touch on how it works, if you need it and how to start.

By removing impurities from the blood in the liver where the toxins are processed for elimination you cleanse your blood, basically detoxifying. Doctors say it works because it addresses the smallest units of human life with individual cells. Remember that when you feel bad for so long you get used to it. You may not realize it or how bad you ma feel day to day until you begin to cleanse.
HOW DO YOU START A DETOX?
First you should find a program or decide how long you want to detox for. It could be 1 day or 1 month just start where feels best for YOU. Alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugars, and saturated fats are toxins recommended to take out during your process. You can even go as far as removing cleansers, shampoos, deodorants, and toothpastes. Now you don’t go without those you just replace them with natural alternatives.
